EPM Mate Managed Service: add it to any package
Caresoft's EPM Center of Excellence maintains the test cases, runs the monthly update cycle on test and production, runs the quarterly access-review campaigns with your administrators, keeps the CoE Portal current, upgrades EPM Mate monthly and prepares the evidence packs for every audit request: 8 hours a month with one or two utilities, 16 with the suite, more by the hour with your approval.

Questions about pricing
Do we have to buy the whole suite?
No. Each utility stands on its own. Many teams start with the one that matches their pain and add others later; the evidence trail connects whichever you run.
What counts as an application?
One Oracle EPM Cloud business process (a Planning, FCCS, ARCS or EDMCS instance) with its Dev, Test and Prod environments, up to three pods in total. Each package includes up to five; more are added per application.
Who counts as a named operator?
People who do work in EPM Mate: EPM TestMate test authors and runners, EPM Admin operators who build or run jobs, and EPM Auditor campaign managers and developers. People who read the CoE Portal, view reports or approve items in an access review campaign are unlimited and not counted.
Is on-prem Hyperion covered?
EPM Mate is built for Oracle EPM Cloud and is licensed per cloud application. EPM Auditor can import Shared Services exports so an access review campaign includes on-prem HFM users, but on-prem applications are not licensed or counted as applications.
How is setup priced?
As a fixed price for the agreed scope: the applications, the connectors or flat-file loads, and the configuration. If scope changes, the price is agreed again before the work starts. If you start with one utility and add the others later, you pay the difference in setup, never twice.
What does the EPM Mate Managed Service include?
A set number of Center of Excellence hours a month (8 with one or two utilities, 16 with the suite) covering the update cycle, the access-review campaigns, alert follow-up, CoE Portal upkeep, monthly upgrades and evidence packs for audit requests. Hours beyond that are billed at an hourly rate with your approval; attendance at audit meetings is quoted separately.
