Decide with your own results.

Every EPM Mate engagement starts with a proof of concept on one of your applications, with your own data, at no cost under Caresoft's co-investment model. What follows is fixed-cost delivery: scope and price agreed up front, no run-rate surprise.

The three steps

  1. Pick one application

The one that hurts most: the busiest update cycle, the noisiest close, the thinnest documentation, or the next audit. One application and one pod are enough; the proof of concept is scoped to them.

  2. Run the proof of concept

Choose the utility that matches the pain. Each proof of concept has a natural clock: a monthly update for EPM TestMate, a few weeks of monitoring for EPM Admin, one access review campaign for EPM Auditor, or a walkthrough of one application for the EPM CoE Portal. When the calendar allows, two run at once: the monthly update for EPM TestMate and your live quarterly review for EPM Auditor.

  3. Review the results

You see your own output: a baseline-versus-post-patch compare, a first alert, a first evidence pack, a maturity score. Then you decide. Roll-out is delivered at a fixed cost, by the same team.

What each proof of concept looks like

EPM TestMate

One application across Oracle's monthly update: a baseline run before the test-pod update (first Friday), a post-patch run and compare after it, the same again for production (third Friday), and the audit package at the end. Four to five weeks, in step with Oracle's calendar.

EPM Admin

One application and pod connected to the catalog. Health metrics from the first day, the first threshold alert when it happens, and one recurring admin job rebuilt in Batch Job Studio from a sentence, scheduled and logged.

EPM Auditor

Your next quarterly review, run in EPM Auditor from the extracts you already pull (identity domain, application security, directory), with the approver matrix seeded from your last review; or one identity domain and one application, with a campaign run alongside your current process. Either way you compare the evidence packs side by side, plus a first SoD run against your own policies.

EPM CoE Portal: a walkthrough runs against one of your applications, so you see your own processes, owners and KPIs in the structure before committing to anything.

What we need from you

  • A named owner on your side
  • A test pod with a service account for EPM TestMate, or the extracts you already pull for the access review
  • A short walkthrough of the application the way your planners use it, so the test cases cover every artifact
  • A date to review the results

What you get

  • Your own output, in your own environment: nothing is simulated
  • A written summary of what was found, with the evidence attached
  • A fixed-cost proposal for roll-out, if you want one

What it costs, and what you sign

Nothing, and nothing. The proof of concept is Caresoft's investment. Scope is agreed by email; it runs on flat-file extracts or a test pod, hosted by Caresoft, with nothing installed on your side, so there is no procurement or legal step before you see results. The agreement comes with the results, as a fixed price for the agreed scope.

How EPM Mate is priced

The next Oracle update is already on the calendar.

Run the proof of concept alongside it: your own application, your own data, at no cost. Then fixed-cost delivery with no run-rate surprise.
